Womb with a view

The Womb Chair & Ottoman is a classic design, and one of the most comfortable chairs to lounge in. Eero Saarinen worked on this design with his former student, Charles Eames. They won first prize at an exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1940 with this chair. The Womb Chair was made possible with the use of new flexible materials such as plastic and plywood. This chair envelops you in such a way that you feel completely relaxed.
