Dane Decor donated $4,900 to the American Heart Association Downingtown and Philadelphia, PA: Dane Decor collected from our customers and donated $4,900 to help the American Heart Association. We are joining in the fight against our nation’s No. 1 and No. 4 killers – heart disease and stroke.  This donation will support such life-saving efforts as research, education, advocating for better health, improving patient care and reaching populations at risk.  

In short, we are helping save lives. On Thursday May 19, 2016 the owners and family members of Dane Decor: Hank, Carl and Drew Hamilton met with Eileen Censullo, Vice President, Great Rivers Affiliate of the American Heart Association to give her the $4,900. Carl Hamilton says, “As the Hamilton family we honor the memory of our loved ones that had heart disease.”

dane decor is bringing together local artists and modern design for THE CHAIRITY PROJECT to benefit INLIQUID art + DESIGN. Artists will transform chairs into one-of-a-kind artworks that will be displayed for viewing and bidding. Thanks to everyone who participated in our first annual Art Gala & Auction! The Downingtown Art Gala showcased artwork created by more than 200 students in grades K-12 as well as an art auction of items donated by talented students, teachers and local artists. For the 2015 edition of the Nuart street art festival in Norway , French artist duo Ella & Pitr have completed the largest mural in the world. the 21,000 square meter rooftop  image depicts a monochromatic girl wearing shorts, a tank top and red-painted toenails dropping a ‘tiny’ crowned man from her fingers. the figure is a humorous depiction of King Olaf I of Norway, ruler from 995-1000, whose birthplace is cited as an islet in Frøylandsvatnet — a lake just meters distance from the mural’s location. passing planes overhead can spot the monumental painted work from the sky, offering onlookers an unconventional look at the landscape through the quirky and creative intervention.
